SHABBAT SHALOM 4 : ONE HOUR SHABBAT MEAL PREP (main+side+fish+ salads+dafina and desserts)
In this part 4 of the shabbat shalom serie I will share with you how to prepare shabbat in one hour! This will be including many shabbat meal prep ideas
In ONE HOUR you will make: 6 salads, the fish, the main dish ( shabbat meatballs) as well as 2 side dishes the dafina ( or sefardi cholent) and desserts, ( YES 2 DESSERTS: some chocolate covered strawberries and some homemade ice cream that only necessitate 4 ingredients with ice cubes: THAT IS IT!!! all this in ONE HOUR!
This shabbat meal prep could also be used on the Jewish holidays/ YOM TOV as well as during the week for a quick and easy kosher meal prep!
BEFORE sabbath, you simply leave it on the shabbat hot plate (aka plata or bleach) and you are good as GOLD for all of the dishes to be nice and hot

As an orthodox mother of 3 young children and working full time with no outside help: I have developed over the years some “kosher hacks” and many “shabbat hacks” to simplify my life and I am happy to share with you some of these tips a tricks to facilitate you sabbath day preparations in this video.
