We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our social media efforts. Please note this is a HYBRID opportunity.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with senior leadership and play a leading role in shaping, implementing, and leading all organic and paid social programs.

This individual will be responsible for continuing to evolve our channel and content strategy, managing the social media budget, prioritizing investments, and managing external agencies and partner relationships.

In this role, you will get to use your creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to develop our social media strategy and build and implement plans and programs that help achieve our business goals, find new ways to drive engagement with our business and consumer audiences, and deliver growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns that build our brand, increase engagement and drive demand for our products and solutions.
  • Develop an integrated enterprise social media strategy and manage the execution across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and wherever we might go next.
  • Manage global social media editorial calendar, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to produce, prioritize and publish social content that nurtures all stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Manage content updates to employee social amplification platform (Hearsay)
  • Manage media planning, audience development, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with product & segment marketing, analytics, performance marketing, corporate communications and other internal teams and leaders, and provide strategic recommendations, guidance, and hands-on support.
  • Maintain brand consistently and quality assurance across all social media channels.
  • Evolve and enforce social media governance and controls.
  • Stay current on social media trends and opportunities, be at the forefront of innovation by testing new features, platforms, and content ideas.
  • Work with creative, content, marketing, and events to develop social promotion strategies and assets.
  • Partner with marketing analytics and external partners to improve tracking, provide optimization recommendations, enhance performance and update benchmarks.
  • Set, analyze, track, and measure performance against KPI’s.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Champion test and learn opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience with social media experience, including executing B2B multi-platform campaigns
  • Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns, managing agency relationships, and collaborating across internal and external teams
  • Direct experience in media buying on social platforms, and Adobe Analytics a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and build campaigns that align with business goals and deliver results
  • Able to write and compose a post when needed
  • Experience with tagging, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
  • Experience using social marketing management and publishing platforms
  • Understand social media metrics and benchmarking
  • Organized and action-oriented with the capability to manage and prioritize deadlines and requests, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills and comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience working with financial services or other regulated industry brands, either in-house or at an agency
  • Knowledge of markets, asset management and financial services a plus.
