We currently have a position open for a Sales Coordinator to work from our showroom in New York City.

In this position, you will work closely with the District Leader, our sales, operations and installation teams, designers, and dealer partners to ensure a great client experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support for the district team
  • Schedule and participate in internal/external project meetings
  • Prepare estimates/quotes
  • Prepare, review and package proposals
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities with up to date and accurate information
  • Customer/dealer communication
  • Bids/General Contractor bids which includes reviewing/preparing submittals, deadline management, and researching results

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent telephone, in-person, and written communication skills
  • Effective problem solver
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be customer focused
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Salesforce/AutoCAD/CET is helpful, but not required
  • Experience working with bids/FRI’s/RFP’s
  • Contract furniture industry experience is a plus
