SUMMARY:

Develop, nurture and manage professional relationships within a designated territory. The goal will be driving qualified inquiries/admits to meet/exceed established admission goals of Moriah Behavioral Health.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Moriah Health’s mission, vision, values, scope of care.
  • Develop and execute written business development strategies with the goal of
  • generating qualified inquiries/admits within the designated territory to meet/exceed
  • quarterly quota/goals.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to the professional and community audiences
  • to enhance program awareness, positively impact reputation and drive qualified
  • inquiries/admissions.
  • Accountable for maintaining and the growth of existing relationships, recovery of lost
  • referents/relationships and identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Raise awareness of the Moriah Health brand that provides a full continuum of care within
  • our healthcare system.
  • Manage professional relationships and develop committed referral relationships/partners
  • through providing on-going support and resources for the patients and families they
  • treat, as well as their own professional growth.
  • Provide opportunities for educating professionals and consumers about eating disorders,
  • mood and anxiety disorders.
  • Represent Moriah Health in a highly professional manner at events, conferences and
  • provider events/activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between professional referents and intake team as requested to drive
  • admissions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge and provide reporting of market trends, intel and competitive
  • landscape within designated territory.
  • Timely Salesforce CRM entry providing current data, activities and task follow ups. Seek
  • additional training as needed to ensure inputting accurate data.
  • Review individual performance dashboard and metrics, along with company budgeted
  • census at all sites to ensure alignment.
  • Work independently with a high level of self-motivation and accountability to achieve
  • assigned goals.
  • Work collaboratively with as a participating team member of the Professional Relations/Marketing Division.
  • Take initiative to seek coaching opportunities, mentorship and support from direct supervisor(s) to provide opportunities of growth and development.
  • Adherence to companies travel and expense policies.
  • Timely submission of expense reports.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in sales or community outreach
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Eating Disorder or Mental Health experience is a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, communicate and present information.
  • Must own a car and have a driver’s license
  • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities
  • Computer skills required: Sales Force; Contract Management Systems; Human Resource Systems Workday or ADP; Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workspace;

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 25%
