Paralegals process authorizations, conduct FOIL requests and social media searches, schedule Independent Medical Exams, file documents, prepare subpoenas and medical chronologies. Experience with NY courts, litigation procedure and e-Law is preferred. Applicants should be self-starters who have strong organizational skills and are willing to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
