We are searching for a focused, dynamic, experienced OEM HVAC Product Sales Manager to manage the sales team in our client s NYC office. The office sells OEM products, controls, and accessory products.

Client is an office of a growing OEM HVAC product manufacturer with a successful history and reputation. An Employer Of Choice . Successful performers in this role will possibly have previous experience at companies such as Trane, Carrier, Daikin, York, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, as well as consulting engineering firms and large mechanical contractors. A deep experience level in OEM HVAC Sales Management is required.

Key Responsibilities: -full P/L responsibilities for the equipment sales office and matrix responsibility for aftermarket sales in the NYC office.

-coach and mentor a stellar sales team with a mix of experience and a desire to grow sales while providing industry-leading customer service.

-develop a trusted advisor relationship to become the primary point of contact and build long term relationships with key customers and primary stakeholders

-significant interaction with customers to include owners, contractors, consulting engineers and vendors.

Successful OEM HVAC sales management experience, in NYC/NJ/CT, as well as a 4-year undergraduate degree is required. Technology proficiency (Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word) is required.
