We’re looking for an Experienced Middle Office Specialist with Rates Product Knowledge to:

• support our Rates, LatAm FX & Rates Options Trading desk in New York Office on the Trading Floor.

• support several Product classes: U.S Treasuries, Agencies, Treasury Bills, TIPS, Interest Rate Swaps, Options, LatAm (BRL/Mex) Swaps, FX NDF, CP/CD.

• build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders from front to back

• deliver real time operational risk management to our clients providing best in class services

• create and manage metrics to track service performance against key objectives

Your team

You will be joining our Global Markets Middle Office team based in New York supporting the FRC (FX Rates and Credit) Trading desk. As a team member you will interact with internal and external clients, Compliance, Audit, Settlements, Traders, and Salesperson & Finance. We provide T0 Trade lifecycle, trade affirmation and validation, validate market data integrity and monthly balance sheet, participate in group wide change initiatives, and work closely with Internal and External Auditor’s as well as Regulators.

Your expertise

• Previous Managerial experience in supporting Rates Products managing a team of 1-3 people Onshore or Offshore.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline

• prior middle office experience in supporting Interest Rate Swaps, Inflation Swaps, Treasuries, CP/CD, Brl/Mex swaps in LatAm Markets.

• ability to visualize and interpret front to back trade flows from trade inception to settlement

• practical knowledge of any of the mentioned application is a plus: Alteryx, Tableau, Kibana, Re-Infer, Automation Anywhere, Kafka
