We are adding a New Business Development Manager to cover the growing New England market. We seek a proven sales executive that will generate opportunities and win new customers. This will be a ground-floor opportunity that will reward the person who helps make this happen.

The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for customer acquisition activities including identifying, qualifying, and positioning business opportunities to generate sales in their territory. They also will work synergistically with all teams with a focus on opportunity pipeline management, meetings with key customers/prospects, solution development and presentation. They play a strategic role in proposal activities with a focus on customer value proposition solutions-based selling. Experience selling to business decision makers inside of small to mid-sized companies is a required qualification for this position.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong network of SMB decision-makers in the Massachusetts marketplace.

· Experience of attaining a monthly/quarterly quota or budget.

· Experience selling recurring service contracts and/or capital projects. ?

· Experience with existing industry CRM applications and LinkedIn.

· At least 2 to 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales to executives.

· Must have a proven track record of winning new product and solution business for assigned territory.?

· Required to have an intimate knowledge of the assigned customer accounts, their organizational structure, budget, and mission needs to include a robust list of customer contacts.?

· Exceptional written communication and oral presentation skills required.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Required Experience: B2B Direct Sales: 2+ Years

  • On Target Earnings of $100,000+ after ramp-up period
