YOUR IMPACT
We are searching for a Product Strategy Lead to identify and execute on our vision to disrupt the way that consumers experience the financial services industry. You are a fit for this role if you are a natural born leader with a vision, paired with strong communication and execution skills to help make your vision a reality. You should naturally rely on consumer insights and data to build product plans and achieve business objectives. In this seat, you must be a problem solver who is comfortable getting into the weeds and is passionate about building world-class consumer product teams in a fast-growing startup environment.
As a Product Strategy Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and brand teams to develop, prioritize and build the product roadmap for our consumer business. You will drive the development process to deliver new features and functionality while identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web and mobile properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously leverage data and insights to make strategic recommendations
- Analyze current state of the business to recommend areas for growth or improvement
- Lead multiple, high-impact workstreams, spanning front-end and back-end development while also rolling up your sleeves and being an individual contributor on specific workstreams and projects
- Build trusted relationships and collaborate with our tech, product management, fraud strategy, delivery, and other external teams to define a best in class digital experience and build beautiful, easy-to-use features that solve our customers’ most pressing financial challenges
- Assess opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with other product and engineering leads to develop and refine the agile delivery model
- Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership)
- Monitor competitor and market activity, product performance and customer behavior to recommend changes to product parameters
- Research industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for the product roadmap
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of product strategy/product management or related experience
- Experience working in enterprise and/or consumer ecosystems and working across diverse geographical locations
- Highly adaptable and flexible skillset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
- Proven track record of working on projects that deliver complex, high-quality consumer products at scale
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
- Strong data and data analysis skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
- Passionate about the advancements made in FinTech
- Strong project management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Effective communicator who will present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
- Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading teams that have successfully launched new consumer finance products
- Technical knowledge (including AWS/Python/JS/SQL)
- Prior product strategy experience in the consumer deposits and money movement/payments business
- Knowledge of payments and transaction
- Proficient in major design, development, and project management applications (i.e., Sketch, Keynote, Jira, etc.)
