Job description: & are looking for a Complex Director of Revenue Performance to lead the on property execution!

Both properties set in Midtown Manhattan. New York Hilton Midtown offers a contemporary convention hotel, just 2-minutes from The Museum of Modern Art and a 10-minute walk from Times Square. The recently renovated Conrad New York Midtown showcases an urban luxury hotel with 500 rooms, 6,000 square feet in banquet space, and 2 food and beverage outlets. 2,440 keys between the two properties, along with 150,000 square feet of desired meeting space.

What will I be doing?

A Director of Revenue Performance focuses on Revenue execution with a specific emphasis on channel management, forecasting, and reporting. This position Is the on-site face of Revenue at the hotel and liaisons with all departments. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Support overall & establish hotel strategy
• Commercial supports weekly revenue meetings
• Assists in the development of the Rolling Forecasts
• Assists in the development of the Annual Budget
• Maintain inventory controls
• Partners with all departments to ensure the execution of the establish strategy
• Conducts Daily Detail emails and participates in Weekly Revenue Meeting calls
• Monthly and quarterly analysis report out
• Daily Business Review Owner
• Develops weekly operational forecast
• On-property Revenue liaison
