Job description: We have an immediate opportunity in New York City, NY (100% Remote) for Automation Test Architect.
The successful candidate must have strong experience in identifying and recommending the automated testing process and tools. Define and publish key performance metrics for the automated testing. Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across project teams. Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, technologies, framework & approach across project teams. Oversee technological execution of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams. Possesses deep understanding of the shift-left test practices and techniques along with the frameworks and tools that support it. Participate in Design and architectural reviews or proposed automation solutions across project teams. Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes. Work closely with system teams for E2E test automation and integrate test artifacts to the pipeline to get more test speed. Lead test Maturity assessment and develop roadmap. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the modern delivery test practices. Identify latest tools and technologies that can be implemented to align with organization objectives. Design, Orchestrate and optimize test frameworks. Assist dev in Unit test/TDD practices for shift left testing. Collaborate, define test approach & strategy on Cloud.
Knowledge in P&C insurance domain Personal/ Commercial Insurance is strongly desired. Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is a definite plus. Must be extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
