My husband and I took a year break from one another so this was a studio I had just to space from one another however everything is brand new and I was barely even in the apartment. I would stay with my husband mostly in Queens…. Hence why the prices are a bit on the higher side, everything is brand new…. however I am willing to negotiate.
1. QUEEN SIZE MURPHY BED that is perfect for studios! This bed has a foldable mattress. It does not go into the wall however looks like a dresser. Very classy. Also has storage underneath. I also never slept on the mattress that the bed came with, I bought a 3” mattress topper so the mattress is BRAND NEW. I bought it for almost $2k (receipt & photos) are in the gallery…. Since it is brand new I am looking for $1300.
