ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RTW – CHLOE, NEW YORK
Role Overview
This individual will be responsible for the Chloe RTW wholesale business managing both department store and specialty store accounts. Responsible for managing and nurturing mutually profitable business relationships with account wholesale buyers; selling during sales markets; conducting trunk shows and product knowledge clinics, and providing customer service throughout the year. Internally, responsible for sales goals, administration of orders, and network productivity. Travel is required for this position approximately 25% of the year.
Responsibilities
Contributes to overall Chloé America’s wholesale network by:
1.Guarantees sales objectives:
- Manages budget targets for RTW accounts for Americas territories
- Surpasses sales goals through active selling and inventory management
2.Manages the performance of the wholesale network:
- Negotiates best possible spaces and visual representation with department store partners
- Acts as brand ambassador and manages relevant marketing actions, including store events, trunk shows, and client outreach
- Works closely with in-store DSAs to reach sales targets
- Generates weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports for RTW division
- Works closey with department store buyers/DMMs to ensure sustainable growth and productivity for the division
- Collaborates with Wholesale director in developing commercial sales strategy for the region
3.Acts as region advocate with HQ:
- Provides product feedback and collection debriefing
- Communicates best-sellers, market needs and opportunities to Paris headquarters
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the US market; luxury RTW background preferred
- Established relationships with high-end department stores and specialty boutiques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly-organized self-motivator with an eye for fashion and trends
- Strong Excel skills required
- Domestic and International travel is required for this position approximately 25% of the year
